FJ1000

The machine that pulls dissolved metal back out of your process water.

Metal that dissolves into your process solution does not have to become metal you pay to dispose of.

WHAT IT DOES

What it does.

The FJ1000 uses electrolysis to pull dissolved precious metal back out of a process solution. A current draws metal ions onto a cathode, where they build up as solid metal you can collect.

It works with the solution already in your tanks. Nothing about your process changes, except that the metal stops leaving the building as waste.

WHAT IT'S FOR

What it's for.

Metal you are currently paying to dispose of becomes metal you can sell. Recovering it here also cuts what you send off site as waste.

WHERE IT'S USED

Where it's used.

Typical situations for a recovery unit like this:

  • Rinse tanks on a plating line, where dissolved metal collects in the water.
  • Spent process baths that still carry metal value.
  • Etchant streams from board or metal etching.
  • Pre-treatment, before water leaves the site.
