What the licence allows in, per stream.

A quota is the ceiling on what the facility may legally accept in a year. It is not a target, it is a limit, and it is one reason we ask what stream your material falls under before you send anything.

Weighed before, weighed after.

During electrolytic recovery, metal deposits onto a titanium drum. The drum is weighed before recovery starts and again after. The difference is recovered metal.

That gap, 10.57 kg, is metal that was in solution and is now on the drum. It is weighed, not estimated.
