EVIDENCE
Every figure below came off an instrument, and every one is open to inspection.
BATCH DATA
One client's intake was assayed before treatment and again after. Here is what each batch went in at, and what it came out at.
| Batch | Period | Input | Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 22 Feb–1 Mar 2023 | 827.6432 ppm | 1.6 ppm |
| 2 | 2–9 Mar 2023 | 876.9813 ppm | 0.2 ppm |
| 3 | 10–14 Mar 2023 | 839.3094 ppm | 0.4 ppm |
These are one client's batches over a single period. Recoverable value depends on concentration, volume and metal mix, and yours will differ. The free assessment measures your own numbers.
WHAT QUALIFIES
This tells you whether your material qualifies before you call. Five streams, and the minimum reading each one has to hit.
| Stream | Element | Condition | Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead frame | Cu | > | 99% |
| Total precious | ≥ | 0.2% | |
| IC | Base | = | Cu |
| Total precious | ≥ | 0.5% | |
| Cable | Cu | > | 70% |
| SW104 metal dross | Sn | > | 40% |
| Al | > | 50% | |
| SW325 silver epoxy | Ag | > | 80% |
These thresholds cover the standard solid streams above. Liquid streams, such as plating wastewater and spent baths, are assessed individually because their value depends on concentration, not a fixed threshold. Get a free assessment to find your own number.
Material outside these criteria is still worth a conversation. Send a sample and we will tell you what it is worth.
LICENSED QUOTA
A quota is the ceiling on what the facility may legally accept in a year. It is not a target, it is a limit, and it is one reason we ask what stream your material falls under before you send anything.
| Waste stream | Quota |
|---|---|
| SW110: IC | 20 mt |
| SW110: Lead frame | 130 mt |
| SW110: Electronic scrap | 20 mt |
| SW110 total | 170 mt |
| SW104 | 30 mt |
| SW325 | 20 mt |
THE DRUM
During electrolytic recovery, metal deposits onto a titanium drum. The drum is weighed before recovery starts and again after. The difference is recovered metal.
Before recovery, 15.76 kilograms. After recovery, 26.33 kilograms.
Drum mass, before recovery and after
That gap, 10.57 kg, is metal that was in solution and is now on the drum. It is weighed, not estimated.
