What it is.

Refinery setup is a full build: we plan the layout, support you through permitting, specify the equipment and commission the finished facility. It is the most complete of the six services, because a refinery is a site, not a single machine.

It also has the longest lead time of anything we do. The question that decides your schedule more than any other is DOE licensing, and we work that into the plan from day one rather than treating it as paperwork to finish later.

2. 02 Permitting support. Help preparing and tracking the licences a refinery needs.
3. 03 Equipment specification. The right machines for your metals and your throughput.
4. 04 Commissioning. The facility brought up to running condition and handed over.

Who it is for.

Your volume has grown to the point where sending recovered metal out for refining no longer makes sense. You want the refining step under your own roof, and you accept that a licensed facility takes real time to plan and build properly.
