Verify your own numbers instead of trusting someone else's.

A lab specified around the metals you actually handle, so every assay you rely on is one you ran yourself.

WHAT IT IS

What it is.

Laboratory setup is an assay and quality-control lab built around the specific metals you handle, not a generic bench. It means you can check a batch, a recovery result or a supplier's figures on your own site, on your own schedule.

Most labs are built around two instruments: the FJ-PT5 benchtop analyser for precise batch verification, and the FJ-HH5 handheld analyser for quick checks on the shop floor.

WHAT YOU GET

What you get.

  • Benchtop XRF analyser The FJ-PT5, for lab-grade precision on batch verification.
  • Handheld XRF analyser The FJ-HH5, for spot checks anywhere on the shop floor.
  • Layout and commissioning Bench space, sample preparation and a calibration schedule set up before we leave.

WHO IT IS FOR

Who it is for.

You do not want to take a supplier's or a recovery partner's assay figure on trust. You want to run the check yourself, in-house, and have a number you can stand behind in a negotiation.

HOW IT STARTS

What it costs, and how it starts.

The assessment is free. Before you commit a sample, we share our fee structure as a range. Exact fees appear in your assessment agreement.
