What it is.

Recovery setup is us designing and installing the recovery line that takes metal back out of your process stream, before it leaves your site as waste. We survey your site, sample your streams and size the unit against your daily volume, so it matches what you actually produce rather than a standard catalogue figure.

The workhorse behind most installs is the FJ1000, our electrolytic recovery unit. It draws metal out of solution and deposits it on a drum, which we weigh and record as part of your ongoing results.

What you get.

1. 01 Site survey. We walk your line and identify where metal is currently leaving as waste.
2. 02 Stream sampling. Samples are assayed so the unit is sized against real concentration and volume, not a guess.
3. 03 Install and commission. The unit is installed on your line and brought up to running condition.
4. 04 Train your crew. Your operators learn how to run and read the unit before we leave site.
