SOLUTIONS

Design so less metal leaves the building at all.

This reduces what you can sell back to us. We tell you that up front, because it is still the right call.

WHAT IT IS

What it is.

Process flow is pre-waste process design: we look at your plating, etching or rinse lines and find where metal is escaping into the waste stream before it ever needs recovering. Small changes to bath sequencing, rinse staging or the solution carried out of the bath on the parts can keep a meaningful share of that metal in the process, not the waste.

Here is the uncomfortable truth we tell every client who asks about this service: it reduces the volume we later recover from your waste, and therefore what we pay you for it. We recommend it anyway, because metal that never leaves your process is worth more to you than metal recovered from waste after the fact.

WHAT YOU GET

What you get.

  • Process audit A line-by-line look at where metal is currently escaping your process.
  • Redesign recommendations Specific changes to bath sequencing and rinse staging that keep more metal in the process.
  • Staff training Your operators shown how the new sequence works, and why it matters.

WHO IT IS FOR

Who it is for.

You want to cut waste at the source, not just recover what has already left your process. You are thinking about this as cost control and process improvement first, recovered value second.

HOW IT STARTS

What it costs, and how it starts.

The assessment is free. Before you commit a sample, we share our fee structure as a range. Exact fees appear in your assessment agreement.
